FAQ

1. DO YOU SPEND YOUR TIME LOOKING FOR A COMFORTABLE POSITION?

Choose a wide seat, an enveloping backrest, and pocket-sprung lumbar support. The MITCH armchair combines these three supports to settle you comfortably at your desk.

2. DO YOU WANT REAL LOWER BACK SUPPORT?

The integrated pocket-sprung lumbar support cradles your lower back. Adjust the seat height and keep your back against the backrest to enjoy this support.

3. ARE YOUR ARMRESTS ALWAYS TOO HIGH OR TOO LOW?

Adjust their height according to your position. Your forearms rest on the armrests and your shoulders remain relaxed.

4. DO YOU FEEL CRAMPED ON YOUR CHAIR?

The generous seat and wide backrest offer you more space. You change positions and enjoy a padded, sofa-like welcome.

5. DO YOU WANT TO STRETCH YOUR LEGS DURING YOUR BREAKS?

Deploy the footrest and tilt the backrest. Your armchair becomes your relaxation corner between two activities.

6. WHY CHOOSE THIS ARMCHAIR RATHER THAN A BASIC CHAIR?

You combine pocket-sprung lumbar support, a thick seat, adjustable armrests, a reclining backrest, and a footrest in a single armchair. You choose comfort and the adjustments you enjoy every day.

7. WHAT WEIGHT DOES THE ARMCHAIR SUPPORT?

The maximum load is 150 kg. Respect this limit and use the armchair on a flat surface.

8. IS THE UPHOLSTERY LEATHER?

The upholstery is made of PU faux leather. Its quilted finish and embroidery give character to the armchair. A soft, slightly damp cloth is enough for routine cleaning.

9. WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?

Choose white, brown, black, or powder pink. Select your color from the options on the product page.

10. DOES THE ARMCHAIR NEED TO BE ASSEMBLED?

Yes. The parts, tools, and assembly instructions are included. Assemble the armchair following the instructions, then check the tightness before the first use.

11. DOES YOUR NECK LACK SUPPORT DURING YOUR BREAKS?

The high backrest is extended by an integrated and padded headrest. Tilt the backrest to settle comfortably during your relaxation moments.
