Preparation
Your order is generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days before being handed to the logistics network.

DELIVERY
Clear information about preparation, transit and order tracking, without static weather data that can become outdated.
Your order is generally prepared within 1 to 3 business days before being handed to the logistics network.
The parcel moves between logistics hubs and, depending on the destination, may travel through several countries.
The local carrier handles the final part of the journey and updates the available tracking information.
Delivery takes place according to the arrangements communicated by the carrier for your address.
After preparation, allow generally 7 to 20 business days for France and Europe and 10 to 25 business days for international destinations. These times are estimates and may vary with destination, carrier, customs, logistics activity or exceptional local conditions.
Once the parcel has shipped, carrier tracking remains the most accurate reference for your order. CONTACT MITCHORDER TRACKING
This is a common delay: your parcel may continue moving while the public tracking page has not yet displayed the next step.
Allow generally up to 72 hours between two visible tracking updates. Depending on the period and transfers between hubs, an update can sometimes take a little longer. No new tracking line during this interval does not usually mean that the parcel has stopped moving.
We recommend waiting for the next update during this usual window. The parcel may be progressing while tracking information is still being transmitted.
If no new step appears for several days beyond the usual 72-hour window, or if the delivery date announced by the carrier has passed, contact MITCH with your order number.
